《回憶馬尼拉》Manila Nostalgia #throwback

 The second day in Manila, we met Harold S Nohay​ near by Manila Quirino LRT. Harold is one of my couch surfing friend. He promised to bring us walk around in the metro city of Manila.

Together with Harold, we felt more comfortable and safety.

When walk around the General hospital, I saw this big tree, the Flame tree. That day was around 38 Celsius degree hot weather, the flower of Flame tree is so beautiful. I felt so grateful to see it.

The Hopefully I can visit here again in future.

Delonix regia is a species of flowering plant in the family Fabaceae, subfamily Caesalpinioideae. It is noted for its fern-like leaves and flamboyant display of flowers. In many tropical parts of the world it is grown as an ornamental tree and in English it is given the name Royal Poinciana or Flamboyant. It is also one of several trees known as Flame tree.

特別在文字開端放了關於鳳凰木的英文註解好讓菲律賓的朋友有個了解。

在馬尼拉的第二天，我約見了當地沙發客Harold。友善熱情的Harold說要帶我們遊走馬尼拉市區。有個地頭蛇帶我們在馬尼拉走走，心裡是比較踏實也感到安全。

走到馬尼拉政府大醫院外，我發現到了這開滿花的大樹-鳳凰木。這鳳凰木在馬來西亞也有但是我從沒有看過如此盛放情景…

叶如飞凰之羽，花若丹凤之冠…此時此刻此景不禁讓我想起那段和死黨因為攝影關係而一起尋找鳳凰花開的往事。記憶和感覺慢慢變得鮮活…

在炎熱38度高溫的馬尼拉市區，鳳凰花火燄綻放季節恰逢五月。曾閱讀卡門著作《五月盛放》，書上描述的情景或許就是我眼前的這一幕…

鳳凰花寓意離別和思念…因有緣相識相知而相惜才會有離別後的惆悵思念與期許…或許我不需要如一般觀光客到此一遊在護照蓋上菲律賓一章之後就不再踏上菲律賓…我總覺得或許以後我還可以再來這裡…

滿樹鮮紅映大千
塵囂數里隔雲煙
驪歌啟奏催明日
奮翼揚帆正少年

幾度花開花落，有時快樂有時落寞
很欣慰生命某段時刻曾一起渡過…
